About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven IT Enterprise Solutions Executive to drive sales growth and foster long-term relationships with clients. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, leveraging industry knowledge to propose tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize sales opportunities with key decision-makers at large enterprises.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Understand clients' business needs and challenges to propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Develop long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in target enterprises.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation on IT infrastructure, software, cloud solutions, and other technology services.
Product Knowledge & Solution Selling
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Present and demonstrate technical solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized IT solutions for clients.
Negotiation & Closing
  • Lead contract negotiations and final sales closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and delivery.
Reporting & Forecasting
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Track sales performance and continuously analyze and improve sales techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT sales, specifically selling to enterprise clients.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, including cloud, infrastructure, networking, and software.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and ability to position complex solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
