Sales and Business Development Manager
\We are seeking an ambitious and experienced professional to join us as a Sales and Business Development Manager.
\The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving procurement, marketing, and business development initiatives within the nutraceutical industry.
\Main Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Business Development function with strong focus on B2B/D2C Sales, Market Development, Distribution Management, Key Account Management, and International Marketing.\
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with financial performance and customer satisfaction.\
- Identify and establish new sources of supply and expand into emerging markets to meet evolving customer needs.\
- Initiate and coordinate business meetings with potential clients to promote products and services.\
- Deliver effective presentations by addressing customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.\
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, contracts, and invoices.\
- Provide trustworthy feedback, after-sales service, and long-term account support.\
- Build and sustain enduring relationships with new and existing clients at both domestic and international levels.\
Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: PhD / Postgraduate / Graduate in Bio Science or Food Science; or an MBA with specialization in Marketing.\
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in procurement, marketing, or sales of nutraceuticals.\
- Proven expertise in managing cross-functional commercial responsibilities and building successful global business networks.\
- High proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional local language preferred).\
- Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills with a results-driven approach.\
