
University Business Expansion Leader

As a strategic leader for university business expansion, you will play a crucial role in leading and growing our university sales in the Coimbatore region. This high-impact, entrepreneurial position focuses on establishing deep relationships with academic institutions and driving strategic growth in the higher education sector.
Business Development Strategy- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to build institutional partnerships.
- Engage in high-level consultative discussions with Deans, Directors, and key academic leaders.
Performance Expectations: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals.
Collaboration: Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client value. Gather feedback and insights to shape product enhancements and long-term strategies.
Representation: Represent us at educational conferences, events, and ecosystem forums. Position yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to institutions embarking on digital transformation journeys.
Candidate Profile- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or the Higher Education sector.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of academic sales cycles, curriculum alignment, and institutional decision-making.
- Sales Expertise: Proven success in consultative selling and managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Work Ethic: A self-driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a high-autonomy, growth-driven environment.
Location Advantage: Existing network within the Coimbatore higher education ecosystem is a strong plus.
