
University Sales Expansion Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to lead our university business expansion efforts in the Coimbatore region.
About the RoleThis high-impact entrepreneurial role will focus on establishing deep relationships with academic institutions and driving strategic growth in the higher education sector.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to build institutional partnerships.
- Engage in high-level consultative discussions with Deans, Directors, and key academic stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals.
- Minimum 8 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or the Higher Education sector.
- Deep understanding of academic sales cycles, curriculum alignment, and institutional decision-making.
- Proven success in consultative selling and managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A self-driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a high-autonomy, growth-driven environment.
