Job Title: Cluster Head

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our expansion efforts in the SaaS, Service Sales, and Marketplace sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives within the cluster to acquire new customers and foster existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve ambitious business and sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate cluster-specific strategies focused on revenue growth, market share, and customer success.
  • Sales Performance Management: Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for BDMs and hold them accountable for delivering exceptional results.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers and partners within the cluster.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, with exposure to SaaS, Service Sales, or Marketplace environments.
  • Skills: Exceptional sales and negotiation capabilities, comprehensive communication skills, and strategic networking skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms, service sales mechanisms, and marketplace dynamics is essential.
