Job Overview:

A top-notch SRE Administrator is needed to ensure seamless production operations and application administration for business, web, and 3rd party applications.

The primary application environment relies on Microsoft technologies, encompassing intranet and extranet applications as well as 3rd party integrations.

  • Main responsibilities include all aspects of production support, responding to help requests, installations, configurations, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • This role also involves collaboration on application design and deployment projects, change management, and monitoring initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree with about five years of experience in application support administration within a Microsoft-oriented IT environment.
  • Excellent knowledge in administering applications within AWS/Azure cloud environments, with a minimum of two years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in Web Server Management - IIS, Apache web server.
  • Familiarity with common network protocols (HTTP, FTP) and SSL, along with the ability to debug network-related issues using tools like Wireshark.
  • Outstanding debugging and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience in supporting ASP/.Net based applications (custom-developed and off-the-shelf systems).
  • Able to fine-tune applications for performance issues.
  • Excellent knowledge in automatic CI/CD deployment of applications.
  • Thorough understanding of monitoring systems and methodologies.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills are necessary.
