Job Role: Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to queries via phone, email or chat. They will also be required to make proactive outbound calls to build rapport with customers, identify their needs and requirements, and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Make proactive outbound calls to build relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs and propose solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Degree in management, marketing, communication or a similar field
- Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

This is an individual contributor role and immediate joiners are required.
