Role Description

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing product support, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and using analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client concerns, offering product guidance, and maintaining high levels of customer communication and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product support for both internal staff and clients for the Xpress health mobile and web app.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets via CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Develop and update user support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base resources.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new users on platform features and updates.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate user feedback, feature requests, and reported bugs.
