Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Coupa specialist to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application support, preferably with Coupa or other procure-to-pay systems.

The successful specialist will be responsible for delivering day-to-day support for Coupa P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.

In addition, the specialist will monitor system performance, resolve technical and functional issues, and collaborate closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

The specialist will also manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa, support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems, and assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for Coupa P2P modules, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa, ensuring secure and controlled access.
  • Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and efficient workflow.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other procure-to-pay systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier management.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coupa certifications or training, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of the platform.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis, enabling effective data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
