Job Title: Procurement Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tendering Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders to various government departments, as well as coordinating with clients and tender agencies.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in tender submission and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tenders to government departments and other organizations;
- Coordinate with clients and tender agencies to ensure timely and successful tender submissions;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to increase business opportunities;
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals;
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in tender submission and management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software applications quickly;
