Role Summary:

We seek a skilled Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement, with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives and developing effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Execution: Manage the execution of sourcing processes, including contract negotiation and review, risk assessment, and governance compliance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance on sourcing and procurement best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve sourcing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing strategic solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Sourcing and Procurement: 3+ years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement, with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives and developing effective strategies.
  • Contract Management: Proven ability to manage contracts, including negotiation, review, and execution.
  • Risk Assessment and Governance: Strong understanding of risk assessment and governance principles, with experience in applying these concepts to sourcing and procurement processes.
  • Project Management: Ability to apply project management concepts to the planning and execution of sourcing initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Financial Analysis: Experience in financial analysis, including budgeting and cost management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP Ariba Contracts and Sourcing Modules, as well as other procurement software and systems.
