Procurement Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Professional to join our team. This role involves building targeted lists, researching ideal accounts and decision-makers, running outbound campaigns, qualifying prospects using BANT frameworks, and more.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Drive Discovery & Qualification:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving discovery and qualification of new business opportunities. This includes:

  • Building targeted lists via BidAssist
  • Researching ideal accounts and decision-makers
  • Running outbound campaigns
  • Qualifying prospects using BANT frameworks

Stakeholder Engagement:

The candidate will engage with stakeholders to build interest in our product and position it effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiating conversations with potential customers
  • Positioning the product effectively
  • Handover qualified leads to the sales team

Sales Enablement:

The selected candidate will support the sales team by creating pre-sales collateral, such as email templates, outreach flows, case studies, and FAQs. They will also work closely with the marketing team to capture learnings and continuously improve messaging and targeting.

Early Inbound Lead Handling:

The candidate will handle early inbound leads, assess intent quickly, initiate the qualification process, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales
  • A passion for connecting with new people every day
  • Excellent writing skills to craft clear and convincing messages
  • A drive to execute tasks with daily targets
  • Curiosity about industrial/infrastructure ecosystems
  • Comfortable using AI tools for better outreach

Bonus Points:

The following qualities will be beneficial but not required:

  • Experience in industrial procurement/SaaS
  • English + Hindi proficiency
