Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain Proxmox environments, deploy and manage applications on Ubuntu servers, configure and maintain databases such as MongoDB, support deployment of NodeJS and .NET applications, set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, monitor system performance and ensure high availability, and troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proxmox Management: Ensure the reliability and efficiency of Proxmox environments by managing and maintaining them.
  • Application Deployment: Deploy and manage applications on Ubuntu servers, including NodeJS, MongoDB, and .NET applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Database Configuration: Configure and maintain databases such as MongoDB to support application deployment, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Setup: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub to automate testing and deployment processes, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure high availability by identifying and resolving issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Required Skills:
  • Proxmox Expertise: Possess hands-on experience with Proxmox and be able to manage and maintain Proxmox environments effectively.
  • Ubuntu Deployment: Have experience deploying applications on Ubuntu servers, specifically NodeJS, MongoDB, and .NET applications, ensuring successful implementation and minimal errors.
  • CICD Pipeline Management: Demonstrate strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and be able to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines efficiently.
  • System Troubleshooting: Possess proficiency in system monitoring and troubleshooting, being able to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
