Lead Data Innovator

At our organization, we're looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to spearhead data-driven projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and developing cutting-edge solutions that leverage Machine Learning and Generative AI.

This role requires a deep understanding of complex business challenges and the ability to turn insights into scalable products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategic initiatives that drive growth and improvement.

  • Design and implement end-to-end ML projects, from research and experimentation to production deployment.
  • Explore and implement state-of-the-art research in ML and Generative AI to drive business outcomes.
  • Build and optimize deep learning and machine learning models to address complex business problems.
  • Collaborate across teams to convert data insights into impactful products.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and interns to help them grow with meaningful projects.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications.
  • Ability to convert theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
