Senior HRIS Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HRIS Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization by driving strategic initiatives and implementing best-in-class HR solutions.

About the Job:

The Senior HRIS Manager will be responsible for activities in support of the HRIS SAP Success Factors system. This includes system support & problem resolution, HR reporting, analysis of business & system processes and optimization, and new system or functionality implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer the HRIS system including configuration, testing, role security, and troubleshooting.
  2. Project manage during system implementations and ensure projects and tasks are completed as assigned.
  3. Document the configuration process and key decisions in support of change management and communications.
  4. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) during implementations and escalate feedback to the implementation team.
  5. Provide regional end-user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.
  6. Analyze HR functional business & system processes and recommend improvements to meet business needs.
  7. E nsure data standards through automation, set up of preventative controls, data audits, and working with the business for corrections.
  8. Establish and maintain business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders.
  9. Create and deliver trainings for new users, managers, and HR leaders globally.
  10. Ensure accuracy and data integrity of the HRIS system through periodic reviews and audits.
  11. Lead sustainment planning for HR technology including release planning.
  12. Support other HRIS projects as required.

Requirements:

  • System testing experience
  • Degree qualified or relevant experience
  • Experience as a SuccessFactors administrator
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes
  • Familiar with SuccessFactors modules
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
