  • Lead the design of Workday tenant configurations, aligning with business objectives and enterprise requirements.
  • Develop advanced solutions across Workday modules, ensuring scalability and adaptability.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes, ensuring compliance standards.
  • Manage security design and access controls to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation (decision logs, configuration inventories, etc.).
  • Change Management & System Integrity
  • Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights.
