About the role:

  • Leading and guiding a newly established team focusing on Open Banking and PSD2 in Europe and Open Banking in UK, as well as Open Finance.
  • Conducting detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations (such as PSD2, PSD3, Open banking - UK and Open Finance), interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions.
  • Producing comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with the regulation.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
  • Monitoring regulatory developments, including the EBA's publications, to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.

What you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
  • Experience in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and the creation of traceability matrices.
  • Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
