Job Title

As a seasoned executive, you will lead our post-implementation customer support for software serving the banking sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage application support teams and provide guidance on project execution.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and align services to meet expectations.
  • Identify product defects, collaborate with implementation teams, and communicate findings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Define service delivery strategies and ensure efficient processes for timely project completion.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and seeking new clients.
  • Plan and monitor open tickets, facilitate solution identification, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ensure support is within agreed SLAs and plan and execute change requests throughout the support lifecycle.
  • Guide and review Requirements Documents for change requests, identify and manage risks, assumptions, and issues.
  • Support contract and SLA management, deliver remarkable customer experiences, and engage with customers to address dissatisfaction.
  • Manage and escalate critical customer issues, communicate progress and action plans among stakeholders.
  • Develop talent in the team, create an innovative culture, drive operational metrics, and build process compliance.
  • Demonstrate ownership, make timely decisions, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of IT industry experience with expertise in Microsoft Tech Stack and cloud environment.
  • L3 support experience with enterprise clients, including banks.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is an added advantage.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP or ITIL, are beneficial.
  • Strong leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating a team.
  • Experience in managing support teams, supporting online/mobile banking and CRM solutions in financial institutions.
  • Complete command over Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of the banking domain and software product industry, with a deep understanding of client needs and market trends.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of older and latest technology versions, experience in working with on-premises and cloud solutions.
  • Ownership and problem-solving mindset, ability to work with different stakeholders.
