Job Summary

About the Role

The ideal candidate will partner with our managers to retain, develop, and motivate our employees to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with our leaders to create and implement policies and structures that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our employees, including onboarding, training, employee engagement, compensation, and exit formalities.
  • Assist with evaluating, analyzing, and implementing all Human Resources activities, including employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent, and performance management.
  • Monitor the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of engagement and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests.
  • Partner with business groups to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for various employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide compensation support, including salary planning, promotions, and job relevelling.

Desired Background

We are looking for a graduate or postgraduate from any B-School with a specialization in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience and be flexible, open-minded, and an execution champion.
