**Job Opportunity: Placement Strategist**

We are seeking a skilled Placement Strategist to strengthen industry connections and maximize student employability across South India.

The successful candidate will have strong employer networks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive placement targets forward.

This is an exciting opportunity for HR professionals with recruitment/TA background or direct placement aggregators looking to make a meaningful impact in one of India's fastest-growing skilling brands.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across various sectors, including beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and allied industries.
  • Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement sessions to align student skills with market needs.
  • Collaborate with Centre Heads and trainers to develop student skills and competencies that meet industry requirements.
  • Provide guidance on resume preparation, interview readiness, and workplace etiquette to enhance student employability.
  • Maintain accurate records of placements outcomes, publish regular MIS reports, and analyze data to inform future strategies.
  • Identify cross-sector placement opportunities to expand student employability beyond traditional sectors.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with 4–8 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR.
  • Strong industry network in South India.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
