Job Responsibilities
  • Support daily administrative functions under leadership.
  • Contribute to recruitment by posting jobs, shortlisting resumes, coordinating with placement agencies, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage HR operations like attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, employee record maintenance, and documentation.
  • Draft professional internal communications, office circulars, and employee notices.
  • Create and maintain reports, HR dashboards, and presentations for reviews and audits.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives, awareness drives, and cleanliness campaigns aligned with principles.
  • Interact with staff on the shopfloor, address their needs, and support resolving minor grievances.
  • Ensure compliance documentation and audit preparedness for processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and training institutes for hiring activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders in BBA/MBA-HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent with up to 1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) for professional writing and document creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with job portals and connecting with partners.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.
  • Will to build a long-term career in HR, with potential for growth into an HR role.
