
HR Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labour law and statutory compliance, with experience working in a regulated industry.
This role involves ensuring timely compliance with all applicable labour laws, including those specific to the financial services industry. The successful candidate will oversee state-wise compliance requirements and filings across locations, conduct onboarding checks for statutory forms and declarations, and address and resolve employee PF-related queries in coordination with vendors and regional offices.
The selected candidate will also maintain awareness of new and changing regulatory mandates affecting HR operations and workforce governance, ensure documentation and records are maintained as per the requirements of sector regulators, and coordinate and support internal, external, and regulatory audits for HR data, PI data, and vendor data.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable labour laws

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Compliance Specialist who has:
- A Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, or related field
- Additonal certification in labour law or statutory compliance is preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in HR compliance, preferably in a regulated industry (financial services, fintech, or insurance)
- Hands-on experience managing compliance audits, inspections, and liaising with regulatory authorities
- Strong knowledge of central and state labour laws and statutory regulations
- Familiarity with sector-specific compliance (IRDAI, RBI, SEBI)
- Ability to manage multi-state compliance complexity
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and audit readiness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using compliance tracking tools, HRMS, and MS Office
