Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our campus operations. The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of experience in category management and a deep understanding of educational technology.

The successful incumbent will drive the student experience, from academics to activities, overseeing budget management and fostering collaboration across departments to ensure seamless communication. They will identify and eliminate obstacles to create a thriving learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer the campus with strategic vision and direction
  • Manage strategy, eliminate obstacles, and ensure effective communication within and across teams
  • Oversee P&L and cross-functional teams at campus, coordinating initiatives with the central program team
  • Collaborate closely with academics and student success teams to derive clear visibility of students' progress and drive outcomes
  • Establish processes and continually seek ways to improve engagement levels and performance of students through enhancement of pedagogy, content, and class delivery
  • Lead campus student experience charter, campus-level marketing, and branding
  • Partner with placement and training cell to deliver internship and placement outcomes
  • Build strong collaboration and bonding with the partner university

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Category Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience preferred
  • Goal-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Balance between establishing long-term processes while also driving short-term goals
  • Empathy toward students and desire for aspirational outcomes for all students
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders
