Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Manufacturing Operations Director to lead the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing unit.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all production activities, ensuring timely output, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all production activities on the shop floor.
  • Supervise job placement, material flow, and stage-wise movement during fabrication and assembly.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), daily production reports, machine logs, and breakdown records.
  • Manage in-process inventory and maintain an efficient flow across the production chain.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and design teams for smooth onboarding of new products.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related metal fabrication industry.
  • Proficient in managing production machinery, tooling, and quality control processes.
  • Solid understanding of solar mounting structures and associated fabrication methods.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and production planning tools.
