Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer experience through effective communication and issue resolution.
  2. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers via phone, email, and other channels to ensure timely quote resolutions.
  3. Create customized insurance quotes for various products, including Fire, Marine, Liability, Engineering, and Health.
  4. Develop strong relationships with customers to schedule appointments for our sales team and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Coordinate appointments for our sales team to meet with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate extreme customer focus with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Hold comprehensive knowledge of SME insurance products, including coverage options, policies, and regulations.
  • Be results-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about building a career in insurance.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce, or Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Showcase proficiency in using AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude, Deep Seek, and others.
