
Transform Customer Experiences as a Key Insurance Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer experience through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers via phone, email, and other channels to ensure timely quote resolutions.
- Create customized insurance quotes for various products, including Fire, Marine, Liability, Engineering, and Health.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to schedule appointments for our sales team and provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate appointments for our sales team to meet with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate extreme customer focus with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Hold comprehensive knowledge of SME insurance products, including coverage options, policies, and regulations.
- Be results-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about building a career in insurance.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce, or Engineering, or equivalent.
- Showcase proficiency in using AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude, Deep Seek, and others.
