We are seeking an Insurance Customer Experience Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, working closely with the sales team to improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Quote Creation: Create accurate quotes for customers based on their insurance needs.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they feel valued and supported.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as email, phone, and in-person.
Requirements:
- Customer Focus: Have a strong customer-focused mindset and be committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Insurance Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of SME insurance products, including different coverage options, policies, and regulations.
- Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Arts, Commerce, or Engineering.
- Results-Oriented: Be results-driven and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving goals and objectives.
- Technology Skills: Have a good understanding of AI tools and be proficient in using technology to enhance customer experiences.
