We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth through seamless interactions.
The ideal candidate will possess 7-8 years of experience in delivering customer-centric solutions, with a proven track record of success in understanding consumer behavior and preferences.
- Conduct thorough analysis of consumer context and mental models at various life stages to develop targeted strategies.
- Create and implement measurement frameworks to track customer experience metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain monthly KPIs on CX index, overseeing project charters to ensure effective implementation across all journey stages.
- Ensure that insights from CX reports focus on delivering best-in-class experiences, addressing what, why, and next steps.
- Evaluate customer experience across bank-wide touchpoints and customer journeys (online and offline).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design processes and policies centered around consumer needs.
- Ensure that all customer communication is fair, transparent, simple, and anxiety-free.
