Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead customer experience and grievance redressal for our esteemed real estate client.
About the Role
- Enhancing customer experience at all touchpoints consistently
- Infusing hospitality elements across the journey and through customer association
- Response management
- Grooming & Etiquette standard management reflection in all conversations & communications
- Addressing customer concerns as per CGRT Process flow
- Collaborating with internal departments to drive customer satisfaction and process excellence internally as well
Responsibilities
- Handling escalated customer grievances related to home purchases, project delivery, and other critical issues
- Developing and implementing effective customer service strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
- Identifying areas for process improvement and recommending changes to enhance customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate or a related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
