We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team in India. This role will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in both B2B and B2C sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer delight strategies for B2B and B2C sectors
- Manage customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction metrics and present findings to management
- Train and mentor junior team members on customer service best practices
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
