Customer Experience Strategist

As a key contributor to our organization's success, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular customer interactions to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • CRM certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship management within the real estate industry.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Customer Retention Rate. Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
