We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team at a leading insurance broking firm.
The CRM will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional service experience while delivering tailored insurance solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a consultative approach to relationship Act as the primary relationship manager for clients, representing the company in all interactions with professionalism and expertise.
- Understand clients' risk profiles, insurance needs, and financial goals to recommend appropriate life, health, commercial, and specialized insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships by delivering proactive, personalized service.
- Coordinate with internal departments (underwriting, claims, operations) to ensure smooth policy issuance, servicing, and claim settlement.
- Monitor policy renewals, follow up on premium collections, and ensure timely communication of all key events and milestones.
- Provide market insights and periodic reviews of clients insurance portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company standards while managing sensitive client information.
- Attend client meetings, review sessions, and networking events to enhance relationships and explore cross-selling Bachelors degree (preferably in Finance, Insurance, or Business Management); IRDAI licensing preferred.
- 25 years of experience in insurance broking, financial services, or wealth management, with
exposure to HNI clients.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products across life, health and commercial insurance lines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and customer focus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
