**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Fortune Minds Inc. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the strategic goals of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the technology consulting and staffing industry.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients in need of technology consulting and staffing services.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
  • New Account Acquisition: Pursue new business opportunities to acquire new accounts and clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to generate leads, negotiate deals, and expand market presence.
  • Familiarity with the technology consulting and staffing industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
