About the Role

We seek a dynamic IT Business Growth Strategist for our Koratty location. This onsite role will focus on driving business development initiatives while overseeing daily office operations, helping us expand our client base and maintain efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and clients, manage the sales cycle, build relationships, create compelling presentations, and collaborate with the marketing team.
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily activities to ensure efficient workflows and a productive environment, coordinate with HR and Project Coordinator to support staffing and project needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Management roles with proven experience driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to create and execute business development strategies, proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
