eBikeGo is a pioneering electric mobility company, dedicated to sustainable and innovative transportation solutions. We are expanding our footprint across India and seeking skilled sales professionals in Kochi to drive dealership and distribution growth for our electric vehicle portfolio.

Job Summary

This role plays a critical part in expanding eBikeGo's dealership and distribution network in the Hyderabad region. The successful candidate will work closely with potential partners, leveraging digital sales leads from platforms like Meta and Google, and drive deal closures that align with our ambitious growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion: Convert digital leads into successful dealership and distribution partnerships.
  • Onboarding Dealers: Identify, pitch, and onboard new dealers and distributors in the Hyderabad region.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and distribution partners.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify potential partners, evaluate competition, and develop strategies for business growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Create, manage, and report on sales pipelines.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or dealership/distribution management.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Digital Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with managing leads from digital channels.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu (preferred).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and MS Office.
Salary

Competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
