Key Job Responsibilities

The role holder is responsible for overseeing Employee Experience & Retention activities within the organization. This includes ensuring that all EE&R activities and performance standards are carried out as planned, within agreed time frames with no shortfalls in turnaround times.

This ensures the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction in the process.

  • Employee Relationship Management: To be the single point of contact for all employee-related queries and concerns.
Role Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additionally, the candidate should have a deep understanding of employee experience and retention strategies, with experience in implementing similar initiatives in previous roles.

  • Desirable Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field, relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-SPHR.
