
Employee Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Employee Experience Specialist. This role is responsible for enhancing the overall employee experience across our institutions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement structured onboarding journeys for new employees.
- Develop and track 30/60/90-day employee journey frameworks that capture expectations vs. achievements.
- Ensure seamless probation review processes by integrating feedback from regular check-ins.
- Create and manage annual engagement calendars, including recognition events and team-building initiatives.
Deliverables:
- Tailored annual engagement calendars for schools, PU colleges, HO, and Early Years.
- Structured and monitored 30/60/90-day onboarding journeys with probation review integration.
- Effective Slack communication strategies rolled out across teams.
- High-quality employee surveys with actionable insights.
- Regularly updated employee journey dashboards presented to HR and leadership.
- Tangible improvements in employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting.
- Experience in designing structured onboarding and probation review frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with survey design, data analysis, and presentation.
- Proficiency in Slack, MS Excel, HRMS platforms, and/or data visualization tools.
