Capture Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our capture lifecycle activities, including developing teaming, pricing, and proposal strategies.

This key position involves identifying potential opportunities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements, reviewing and qualifying RFIs and RFPs, and driving the proposal process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing written proposals by collaboratively developing concepts, gathering and formatting information through interview techniques, writing drafts, and final proposal submission.

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and evaluating markets to identify potential opportunities.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
  • Reviewing and qualifying RFIs and RFPs.
  • Driving the proposal process.
  • Preparing written proposals.
  • Developing and maintaining reference databases for technical, management, and past performance.
  • Conducting after-action reviews for all contracts and documenting lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Capture-related experience for Federal or State procurements.
  • A solid track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
  • Demonstrated capability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with an understanding of cost and financials.
  • Knowledge of GSA and other Federal Schedules.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., English, Journalism, Communications).
