Job Description

As a Senior Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end management of B2B sales processes. Your primary objective will be to drive growth objectives by overseeing the development and submission of compelling bids.

You will lead cross-functional teams to plan, document, execute, and complete large-scale requests for proposals within strict deadlines. This includes working closely with onshore and offshore sales/account and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.

Your exceptional project management, written, and verbal communication skills will enable you to effectively manage stakeholder expectations across regions.

  • Bid Management: Collaborate with new business leads (growth and account managers) to develop clear win strategies for each bid, ensuring differentiators, discriminators, and price points are clear and compelling.
  • Work with the bid team to identify and articulate bid response expectations, craft compelling win themes that differentiate the proposal, and create timelines and assign roles to ensure all team members meet deadlines.

You will oversee the development of compelling bid proposals, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness. Creating and curating content and conducting data analysis, as needed, to contribute to various areas of proposal and pitch documents.

Additionally, you will ensure bids adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements, coordinate accurate cost breakdowns and pricing strategies, and organize reviews to refine the proposal, incorporating feedback to strengthen the pitch.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Project Management: Strong organization skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to analyze proposal requirements and align with client needs.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding pricing strategies, cost modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Writing and Communication: Exceptional ability to craft clear, persuasive, and concise bid content.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams and managing relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Reviewing proposal documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the relevant sector to tailor proposals to client expectations and market trends.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 5-7 years in proposal management in B2B sales.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in creative production and retail activation industry.
