Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end bid management processes, crafting responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality submission of bid responses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Bid Management: Lead the entire bid management process, from initial assessment to final submission, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Product Managers to define solution scope, assess feasibility, and ensure proposal alignment with client needs.
  • Bid Coordination and Tracking: Coordinate and track bid activities, including daily status meetings, action item assignment, Meeting in a Minute (MoM) preparation, and deliverable tracking.
  • Proposal Submission: Ensure timely and high-quality submission of bid responses by consolidating inputs from legal, finance, and technical teams.
  • Client Interactions: Participate in client interactions (remote/on-site) to capture requirements, address queries, and support proposal discussions.
  • Supplier Registration and Onboarding: Manage supplier registration and onboarding for partners in alignment with client procurement policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Understanding of RFP Lifecycle: Excellent knowledge of the Request for Proposal (RFP) lifecycle and proposal management.
  • Communication and Coordination: Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to document and follow up on critical information.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Tight Deadlines: Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Legal and Compliance Requirements: Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in bid management is highly desirable.
