Senior Proposal Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Proposal Specialist to lead the development of compelling proposal responses for complex opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals, with expertise in deconstructing requirements and developing comprehensive compliance matrices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality proposal content and manage proposal processes from initial RFP/RFQ review to final submission
  • Develop all proposal response materials, including proposal outlines, compliance matrices, proposal management plans, and desktop publishing of the final response
  • Write, edit, and proofread proposals to enhance business development and ensure win themes and differentiators are effectively communicated to customers

This role requires strong business acumen, including experience in commercial industries and channel partners, as well as proficiency in cybersecurity, networking, and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead proposal development teams to deliver compliant and compelling proposal responses
  • Develop and manage proposal content and processes, ensuring timeliness and quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering compliant, compelling proposal responses to customers in various types of commercial industries and channel partners
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals
  • Ability to deconstruct requirements and develop comprehensive compliance matrices
