The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Technical Proposal Writer to join our team. This position is 100% Remote and can be based anywhere in India.

Responsibilities

• Write complex RFP responses relating to government organizations.

• Gather information from existing RFPs, documentation, and technical experts within the company, write a draft response, obtain approvals, and submit the proposal and supporting documents to the requester.

• Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Determine proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within the RFPs.

• Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information, coordinating with key providers, and other internal contributors.

• Produce quality responses to RFPs following proposal-writing standards.

• Obtain approvals and submit completed proposals to the requester.

• Maintain records of all proposals submitted and received.

• Gather and store feedback on proposals to help improve proposal content and process.

Bonus Requirements

• MBA degree.

• Technical background and experience with enterprise CMS-based websites.

• Two or more years of experience responding to technical RFPs.

• Excellent writing, organizational, communication, and planning skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage deadlines efficiently.

• Strong critical thinking ability.

• Ability to work independently.
