RC Project Consultancy (RCPC) seeks a skilled Sales Coordinator to coordinate sales team activities, ensuring seamless communication with clients and efficient processing of orders.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for coordinating sales team tasks, sending quotations to clients, managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate Sales Team Activities: Manage and prioritize sales team tasks to meet client expectations and ensure timely order processing.
- Clients Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, responding to their inquiries and providing support when needed.
- Scheduling and Organization: Organize and manage sales team schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Document Management: File and maintain important sales-related documents, keeping them up-to-date and easily accessible.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask are also essential.
