
Business Growth Development Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Development Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth across both B2C and B2B segments by increasing direct sales in training and certification enrollments, executing growth strategies for universities, corporates, and consulting clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard corporate and institutional partners to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute proposals, partnership decks, MoUs, and revenue share agreements to secure high-value partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential opportunities and execute targeted growth experiments.
- Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, lead funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI to inform data-driven growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns for lead generation and design outreach campaigns to drive conversions and maximize outcomes.
- Ensure a seamless student enrollment experience with strong conversion and retention rates through process optimization and client support.
- Leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for clients to deliver exceptional value and maximize customer lifetime revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh MBAs with 0–1 year of experience are preferred; prior internships in sales, growth, or consulting will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills along with a high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work under targets.
