Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposal strategies and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial RFP review to final submission, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to proposal development and submission, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement effective content management strategies to leverage reusable and boilerplate content.
- Leverage project management applications and AI tools to streamline proposal development and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience managing proposal development teams and delivering compliant, compelling proposal responses.
- Proven success in managing and winning competitive proposals, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
- Experience using project management applications and AI tools to streamline proposal development.
- Strong business acumen, including experience working with complex sales processes and negotiating with key stakeholders.
- Ability to deconstruct requirements and develop effective compliance matrices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

- Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
