The International Sales Head will oversee and lead the international sales team, developing and executing strategies to expand our global footprint. This includes managing international business operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met.
- Developing new business opportunities in various regions worldwide to generate enquiries and sales, and increase market share.
- Managing a team of international counsellors and handling all aspects of their performance.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners, while building new relationships globally.
- Ensuring that customer requirements are mapped accurately, and offering products/services/solutions accordingly.
- Monitoring market intelligence and competition trends, documenting findings, and generating a database on our CRM system.
