Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

This role involves identifying opportunities within the enterprise segment, targeting large-scale merchants and strategic accounts. You will need to develop comprehensive solutions that deliver measurable value to clients, customize these solutions to meet unique client needs, and ensure favorable contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing new Enterprise clients, proactively identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business results.

  • Source new Enterprise merchants for Fiserv.
  • Grow the wallet share for the existing portfolio assigned to you.
  • Ensure commercial & contractual closure with merchant partners.
  • Liaise with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing.
  • Handle portfolios and serve queries of customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, fintech, and/or technology-enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment.
  • Experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business acumen.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
