Senior Agile Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Agile Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in agile methodologies and will be responsible for overseeing multiple Scrum teams within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the focal point for communication and coordination between multiple Scrum teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment towards shared goals.
  • Identify and mitigate any issues or dependencies between Scrum teams, promoting efficient workflow and minimizing roadblocks.
  • Facilitate the Scrum of Scrums meeting, fostering open dialogue and consensus among teams.
  • Track and report on the progress of all Scrum teams to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to Scrum Masters and team members, empowering them to enhance their understanding and adoption of agile principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-15 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Senior Agile Coach in the job market context of India.
  • Certification in Scrum Master or equivalent agile coaching certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving agile transformations.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum framework, Kanban, and Lean principles.
  • Experience with scaling agile practices, including distributed teams and enterprise-wide implementation.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies between multiple Scrum teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello, with a focus on agile workflows and process optimization.
