Transformation Leader

At the forefront of organizational evolution, we seek an exceptional Transformation Leader to spearhead our Agile journey.

  • 10-22 years of experience in delivering high-impact transformations and coaching at scale.
  • Proven expertise in driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborative mindset with C-suite executives, team leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years of transformation experience and a minimum of 5 years in Agile or related methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor stakeholders to adopt Agile practices and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Identify and mitigate impediments to productivity, quality, and early risk mitigation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Agile tools and techniques, including JIRA, Confluence, and ADO.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic thinking and visioning for transformational change.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to drive behavioral change.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in non-technology functions and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with OKRs, DORA, Flow Metrics, Resiliency, and other metrics for measuring delivery performance.
