Job Title: Transformation Expert

Experience Range: 5+ Years

About the Role:

  • We seek a highly experienced consultant with expertise in customer experience strategy and transformation.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry, advising clients on CRM, Sales, and Service processes.
  • You will execute domain consulting engagements, support the entire sales cycle, and develop use cases for technical teams.
  • Additionally, you will publish thought leadership papers, participate in industry forums, and represent our organization.

About the Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Roadmap and Strategy: Define the roadmap and strategy for manufacturing clients, including product evaluation and solution design.
  • Lead Teams in Consulting and Implementation Projects: Lead teams in consulting and implementation projects, identifying opportunities through business connects with clients and relationships.
  • RFP Responses and Contributions: Lead RFP responses and contribute as needed.

About You:

  • Education: A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of B2C and B2B CPQ best practices, use cases, architecture principles, and exposure to integration patterns/machinery for leading products.
  • Soft Skills: Good/Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative-taking, and innovative.
