Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in designing transformative solutions for End User Services? We seek an individual who can bring their exceptional skillset to our Business Development function.

The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting innovative, vertical and horizontal based solutions that deliver exceptional client value. They will also be responsible for developing and presenting compelling transformation led solutions that align with our Next Gen Service Desk vision.

This role requires effective communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to think creatively and develop out-of-the-box solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop effective RFP/ RFI solution documentation that delivers winning proposals within company guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain best-in-class sales collaterals that position the company for success in the marketplace.
  • Manage customer workshops and meetings, including planning, scheduling, executing and controlling activities.
  • Undertake individual consultancy assignments, analyzing customer requirements and gathering data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Engineering, MCA or MBA with relevant experience in transformation led solutions.
  • Accredited in ITIL and/or Six Sigma.
  • Excellent understanding of IT operations, including business models, pricing models, bidding strategy and solutions strategy.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management across medium to top level executives.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
